In the event that you miss your delivery, you will need to follow the procedure outlined by the delivery courier. In most cases, the delivery courier will leave a delivery slip with instructions on how to receive your item successfully.

If a shipment fails to be delivered multiple times, it will in some cases be shipped back to us. In this case, we will contact you directly to arrange a new delivery.
