Activating an Account With User Name and Initial Password
If your account was set up by your program administrator, activate your account using the following steps:
- Enter your user name and initial password. Log in.
- Set up your account:
- First add your profile picture. Click Upload Photo to add an image.
- Add a preferred name if desired. This is the name you use with your colleagues.
- Add your email address (so you can be notified right away when you’ve been recognized!),
- Create and confirm your new password. Make sure your password is both secure and easy to remember.
- Set up your account security questions.
- Click Finish to enter your program and see the Newsfeed with a real time view of successes involving you and your colleagues.
