Activating an Account With User Name and Initial Password

If your account was set up by your program administrator, activate your account using the following steps:

  1. Enter your user name and initial password. Log in.
  2. Set up your account:
    • First add your profile picture. Click Upload Photo to add an image.
    • Add a preferred name if desired. This is the name you use with your colleagues.
    • Add your email address (so you can be notified right away when you’ve been recognized!),
    • Create and confirm your new password. Make sure your password is both secure and easy to remember.
    • Set up your account security questions.
  3. Click Finish to enter your program and see the Newsfeed with a real time view of successes involving you and your colleagues.

Note: If you do not have your login information, contact your program administrator.
